npower Test Match* If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of the face value of the ticket subject to there being: (a) No play because the match has been completed - a full refund (b) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a full refund (c) 10,1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a 50% refund In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

NatWest Series One Day International* If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of the face value of the ticket subject to there being: (a) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions - a full refund (b) 10,1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions - a 50% refund In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

LV = County Championship* If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket should retain the ticket so that it can be exchanged on another day within the same competition during the 2010 or 2011 season.

Clydesdale Bank 40 Matches* If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket in advance will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket. Those who have purchased a ticket on the day should retain the ticket so that it can be exchanged on another day within either the LV=County Championship2 or Clydesdale Bank 40 during the 2010 or 2011 seasons.

Friends Provident t20* If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket in advance will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket.

*Those purchasing tickets on the day are advised that play cannot be guaranteed and we regret that no money can be refunded after payment has been made at the ground.
