Clydesdale Bank 40 Under 16 Pricing
Under 16 tickets for Clydesdale Bank 40 matches are priced at £1 accept for matches held at Whitgift School and Guildford.
Ticket Delivery Timings
Tickets purchased will be posted approximately 21 days prior to the event and are sent using first class post.
Tickets will only be posted to the address registered witht he credit card company and will not be sent to third parties or c/o addresses.
Ticket Office Collection
Tickets purchased fewer than seven days prior to the event will be available for collection at the venue. Please be aware that the Ticket Office Collection hours are available no earlier than 2 hours prior to the start of play.
In order to pick up your tickets, you will be required to produce:
The credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets. The Ticket Office will not release tickets if the name on the credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets.
Under no other circumstances will tickets be released.

Junior tickets are available in all areas for children under the age of 16 on the date of the game printed on the ticket. Please note that babes-in-arms under the age of 2 may be brought into the ground free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seperate seat. However, pushchairs must be folded and cannot obstruct aisles, seating etc.

Those wishing to purchase or enquire about wheelchair enclosure tickets should contact the Ticket Office on 020 7820 5700 (option 1 for ticketing) between the hours of 9:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays where further information will be available.

Raincheck Policy
Test Match
If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of the face value of the ticket subject to there being:
(a) No play because the match has been completed - a full refund
(b) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a full refund
(c) 10,1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a 50% refund
In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of the face value of the ticket subject to there being:
(a) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions - a full refund
(b) 10,1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions - a 50% refund
In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is acheived, those who have purchased a ticket should retain the ticket so that it can be exchanged on another day within the same competition during the 2010 or 2011 season.
Friends Provident t20
If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, those who have purchased a ticket in advance will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket.
Those purchasing tickets on the day are advised that play cannot be guaranteed and we regret that no money can be refunded after payment has been made at the ground.
Alcohol
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has implemented a ban on the importation of alcohol, glass containers and metal cans. Following close consultation with the Police and Health and Safety advisors, this regulation will apply to all category 'A' matches.
The importation of alcohol will NOT be permitted at:

Domestic t20 Cup matches
For matches listed as category 'B' alcohol importation will restricted to a maximum of four 500ml cans of beer/lager or a 750ml plastic container of wine per person. No further alcohol will be permitted on any subsequent re-admission to the ground.
