Biography
A Second XI regular for a number of years, Tim Linley has recently had his Surrey contact extended until the end of 2010 after breaking into the first team and playing five LV County Championship games and making the full compliment of eight NatWest Pro40 appearances. A seamer in the mould of Aussie legend Glenn McGrath, Linley relies on a nagging line and length outside off stump to pick up wickets and keep up his excellent economy rate. After enjoying a full winter of training, Linley will be eager to once again pick up the cudgels for the 2010 season.
