Biography
A graduate of the Pemberton Greenish Surrey Academy, Rory Hamilton-Brown first donned a Surrey shirt at the age of nine and came through the Club's age groups to make his debut against Bangladesh A in 2005.
After an impressive few seasons playing for the Second XI and getting occasional opportunities in One Day cricket, Rory left Surrey in 2007, joining Chris Adams' Sussex for two years, during which time he won the NatWest Pro40 League and Twenty20 Cup and participated in the inaugural Twenty20 Champions League in India.
Hamilton-Brown returned to Surrey as captain on Christmas Eve 2009, once again brought in by Adams to spearhead his attempts to return the Lions to the top of the English domestic game and has already produced some scintillating innings with his aggressive stroke making.
