Surrey and Ireland wicket keeper Gary Wilson will be hosting an exclusive wicket keeping course at the Surrey Cricket Centre in Guildford on Friday February 19th.
The course - which is three hours long and will run twice during the day - covers all aspects of wicket keeping with a number of Surrey coaches on hand alongside Wilson.
Topics covered will include taking the ball correctly; standing back to quick bowlers; checking individual techniques for potential improvements to safety and efficiency of movement; the best way of taking a moving ball and tips on how to be more effective standing up to the stumps when keeping to slower bowlers.
A maximum of 24 players are allowed on each course and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
