Hell Friday: The Kung Fu Years

Sadly Carl Douglas failed to show, but a fine selection of Surrey players and staff certainly did - and now you can miss none of the action from the latest installment in the gripping Hell Friday series.

Run by a mysterious black belt from Brighton, Rory Hamilton-Brown, his team mates and a team of Brit Oval staff led by Operations Director Clive Stephens were tutored in a wide variety of self defence kung-fu moves.

There was incident aplenty during the session and to see Arun Harinath get the shock of his life, an unnamed Surrey player take out his frustrations on Strength and Conditioning Coach Ashley Wright and Simon King reveal a hitherto unforseen ability to deliver a crushing fly kick - click on Play Video in the top left hand corner of the picture at the top of this article.
