Hell Friday 7 - The Players Take Over

Last week saw the final installement of the painful Hell Friday series take over the entire Brit Oval - and this time even Chief Executive Paul Sheldon entered a team of willing employees!

With Gareth Batty and Arun Harinath giving the duties of setting the course - Hell Friday 7 saw a gruelling physical challenge set across a number of disciplines.

Players and staff alike had to tackle a course that featured the influence of fitness guru Alec Stewart with some punishing interval training, two long sessions on a stationary bike and a rowing machine and a killer session that involving lumping some huge weights around the concourse of the Brit Oval.
