Adams Rings Changes for Final Home Twenty20

Professional Cricket Manager Chris Adams has rung the changes for the Surrey Brown Caps’ final home Twenty20 game of the season.
Following back to back defeats against the Kent Spitfires and Essex Eagles, Adams has opted to give a chance to a number of squad members who have recently impressed for the Club’s Second XI such as its captain Chris Murtagh, Tim Linley and Laurie Evans. He has also recalled four day opener Michael Brown, who has so far yet to feature in this year’s competition.

The game, which is being broadcast live on Sky Sports, will start at 2.40pm and is a ‘family’ day at the Brit Oval. Entertainment will include face painters, stilt walkers, balloon modellers and the live debut of the Duckworth Lewis Method, a cricketing band formed by Divine Comedy front man Neil Hannon, who will be playing acoustically at the Vauxhall End of the ground before the match starts.
