The Surrey Cricket Foundation -
supporting young cricketers in Surrey
The Surrey Cricket Foundation raises money to develop cricket in the county of Surrey and seven borough councils in London. The money raised provides coaching, equipment, facilities, support and infrastructure throughout Surrey helping to develop the game of cricket in the area.
In 2010 we are organising a series of special events to raise money for the Surrey Cricket Foundation, and especially for young cricketers in the county.
The funds raised will allow us to coach more children and young people, build more facilities, run more courses and above all allow more people to play cricket in the county - it will develop our cricketers of the future.
Our aim is to introduce enough people to the game so that 15,000 children and young people are playing cricket by 2012.

Surrey Cricket Foundation Golf Day at Surrey National
The Surrey Cricket Foundation is delighted to offer you the opportunity participate in the inaugural Surrey Cricket Foundation Golf Day on Wednesday 29th September. This fantastic event for sporting enthusiasts will help support young cricketers in the county
Teams of three will be joined by a member of the Surrey squad to play an 18-hole round at the Surrey National, with a chance to bid to play with a Surrey and England cricketer - both past and present
This is followed by a champagne reception and evening meal in the clubhouse with Master of Ceremonies, Roger Daikin with an after dinner speech by England's Chairman of Selectors, Geoff Miller
Teams start from £495 (VAT exempt), with sponsorship options available
Dinner only options are also available individually or tables of ten at £40 per head.

Christmas Dinner
Always a favourite in the calendar we will once again be hosting a Christmas dinner in 2010. The event will be held in the India Room and Ashes Suite at the Brit Oval, and we have a very special guest confirmed for the evening - details of whom will be announced during the season.
